Summerhouse Condos is the largest condominium complex at Crescent Beach, with 256 units on 25 acres. There are plenty of condos for sale with a good variety of units available. Ocean view and oceanfront townhouses (2 levels) and flats (1 level) are offered. Summerhouse condo is located next to the State Park, which surrounds the southern end of Matanzas Inlet. Fort Matanzas is located at the park. It has a free boat ride across the Matanzas River to the old coquina fort built in the 1700s. We have helped several customers buy a condo at Summerhouse. Some are investors that rent the condo throughout the year to help offset costs. They can also visit when they’re in need of a vacation getaway at the beach.
